MindFIt Ringgold Begins April 11

DISCOVER HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH STRUGGLES

Transform your approach to mental health by attending MindFit, a four-part series coming to Ringgold GA, beginning  on April 11.

MindFit combines a documentary mini-series with group discussion and learning. Each session is designed to guide you through real-life stories, practical tips, and expert insight on how to maximize your mental fitness.

Watching someone you love struggle with their mental health can be heartbreaking—and isolating. But it’s all too common: 1 in 5 people in North America have reported issues with their mental health. That’s why MindFit is coming to North Georgia.

By attending this free four-part event, you’ll come to understand what friends and family are experiencing when they grapple with anxiety, depression, or trauma.

You’ll hear stories of people who have gone through such struggles and how they’re healing and moving forward with life.

“As both a pastor and Mental Health Nurse, I see how both individuals and their families are deeply impacted by these common struggles.  But there is help!”, says Greg Hudson, local MindFit facilitator.

The same program will be featured the following week, beginning April 11 at 7 pm, hosted by the Ringgold Adventist Church at 124 Kittle Street, Ringgold GA.
